" Very pleased - my wife was hit in a car accident - the tow truck (owned by VAB) came within 5 minutes and suggested we bring it to VAB but would tow us wherever we wished.
They took a bit longer than anticipated, but partially due to the fact that they had to bring our Honda Odyssey to Honda for the special run flat tire and mounting (which only Honda can do). Otherwise the service is great and the communication is good as well. When we discovered that something else was wrong with the car (the seat would not move forward or backward properly) they immediately ordered the part, took the car back and had it back to us within a day. "
