- A. Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Q. What is your guarantee on your work?
- A. We offer a lifetime guarantee for all body workmanship. All mechanical repairs are guaranteed for one year, on parts and labor.
- Q. Are your technicians certified?
- A. Yes. We have ASE, PPG, Audi and I-Car certified technicians.
- Q. What kinds of payment do you accept?
- A. Cash, certified check, Visa and MasterCard.
- Q. Are estimates free?
- A. Yes, Village Auto Body provides free estimates.
- Q. Do you offer emergency towing services?
- A. Yes, we provide a towing service for any emergency.
- Q. Will my car be safe while it is at your shop?
- A. Yes. All our vehicles are stored in a secured facility that is monitored 24/7.
- Q. Do you work with all insurance companies?
- A. We provide direct repair for the following insurance companies: AAA, CEI, CHUBB, Lease Plan, Sure Plan and Zurich. We also have a great relationships with all other major insurance companies.
- Q. When do I pay for my repairs or insurance deductable?
- A. Payment is due when you pick up your vehicle. This allows you to inspect the vehicle to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with our work.
